Caution!!!
Many pump manufactures under estimate the size of pump required, so that it
appears a cheaper, smaller air pump of theirs will do the job of a larger
competitors air pump.
The tables below have been obtained after more than 40 years experience of how
much oxygen is required by bacteria and aquatic life under all conditions.
Remember the higher the water temperature the less dissolved oxygen (DO) the
water can hold.
