Delivery

What are your delivery charges?

The majority of orders totaling £50 or more qualify for Free Delivery*. UK Mainland orders below £50 will incur a delivery charge of £4.99. All standard UK mainland orders are sent out using a Next Day delivery service with UPS or APC couriers.

Exceptions to this include all deliveries to The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland which cost £17.99 and the Channel Islands which cost £30.00. There is no extra charge for deliveries to the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man.

All orders placed before 2pm on the day of purchase will be processed that day and sent out on a Next Day delivery service. We cannot however guarantee that your item will be delivered next day, and take no responsibility for extenuating circumstances that may result in your order being delivered later than this eg. adverse weather conditions. If you place your order after 2pm we cannot guarantee it will be processed that day.

* Heavy & Oversized items

Our couriers charge us more to send heavier and oversized items to certain more remote areas (including Northern Ireland, the Scilly and Channel Islands and certain parts of Scotland, such as the Highlands). There may be an additional cost to ship to these areas. Where possible this has been highlighted on the product page.

Areas of the UK that may incur an additional charge on heavy and oversized items include: AB37 & AB38, AB41- AB56, BT1-BT17, BT-18-BT94, FK19-FK21, HS, IM, IV1-IV40, IV41-IV51, IV52-IV54, IV55-IV56, IV63, KA27-KA28, KT15- KT17, KW1-KW14, PA20, PA21-PA40, PA41-PA78, PH15-PH41, PH42-PH44, PH49-PH50, PO30-PO41, ZE.

Due to the nature of the following items, a standard Shipping surcharge of £25 is applied to all orders that contain Splash, Sprint and Force-7 Aerators. A Shipping surcharge of £12.50 is applied to all orders containing Pond liners.

Deliveries to the EU

Delivery charges to the EU are as below. We use a tracked recorded delivery service for orders to the EU with UPS to guarantee your product's safety.

We always put as much as we can into a single box to keep postage costs down, but some larger orders need to be sent as more than one parcel. In these cases, a surcharge will need to be paid on each parcel in the order. Each EU delivery charge is based on 1 parcel weighing up to 30 kilos.
